Germany - Bielefeld to Cologne

Cologne's historic Town Hall has rooms that were constructed in the 1300s. There are over a hundred stone statues surrounding the Gothic tower that was built in the 1400s and if you are there at the right time you will hear the glockenspiel and its 48 bronze bells ringing 4 times daily. The town hall has an impressive Renaissance façade or loggia that was added in the 1500s.
